What do you create?

We create custom hand-painted watercolour portraits based on your photos — homes, pets, couples, families, and special moments. Every artwork is painted by hand, professionally scanned, printed on high-quality paper, and optionally framed.

Is this AI or digital art?

No. Every piece is painted by a real Australian artist using traditional watercolour techniques — no digital filters or AI shortcuts. You're getting genuine, handcrafted art.

Do I receive the original painting?

No — to ensure the product does not get damaged during shipping, we professionally scan the artwork at high resolution, then print it on museum-grade paper. This gives you a beautiful, long-lasting result that’s easy to frame and ship.

Can I request changes to the photo I supply?

Yes! We can make small edits — such as removing background items, combining subjects from different photos, or adding custom text (like names, dates, or quotes). Just include your notes when ordering.

Do you offer framing?

Yes! We offer a range of framing options in popular sizes. Each frame is made from quality timber, and your artwork will arrive ready to gift or hang straight away.

How long does it take?

Please allow 7–14 business days for us to paint, scan, print, and pack your order. Delivery times vary depending on your location. If you have a deadline, let us know — we may be able to prioritise it.

Can I get a digital version?

No - Currently we only offer framed options for your painting. This may change at a later date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Contact us to discuss your options.

Can I include more than one person or pet?

Absolutely! We offer portrait options that include up to 5 people and/or pets in a single artwork. You can choose the number of subjects when placing your order.

Do you do gift cards?

Not at the moment.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the damage and your order number, and we’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.

Can I return my order?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t offer returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue (e.g. damage or error), please reach out and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Can I see a preview before it’s shipped?

No - Due to the nature of painting we cannot make changes once it has been completed. It's important to be detailed with your message and what you want when making the order.

What kind of photos should I upload?

Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting work best. The better the photo, the better we can capture the detail and personality of your subject. You can upload multiple photos for reference if needed.
