Order Processing Time
All of our portraits are hand-painted, professionally scanned, and printed to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for your artwork to be created and prepared for shipping. Digital-only portraits may be delivered faster, depending on the approval process.
If you need your order by a specific date (e.g. birthday, anniversary), please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across Australia and to most international destinations including the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Europe.

Australia (Standard Shipping):

Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
